He did an excellent job getting a good sale. We had some difficulties in escrow but Walter came through again by getting some additional work completed that the lender requested and got the deal closed. Walter went the extra mile. I can't drive any longer and he would come to my house to sign papers or arrange for a mobile notary. When there were power outages he even offered to check on me that I was ok. I have a few more properties to sell and will definitely continue to use Walter Morris to get those sold as well
